1. The Wireless Nurse Call Systems

Is designed to help hospitals and healthcare facilities quickly respond to patient calls. It works wirelessly using RF (Radio Frequency) communication, sending signals from patient call buttons to a central RF receiver. The receiver forwards the data to the Nurse Call Application on the nurse station computer, where calls are displayed in real time and logged for future reporting. The system includes two key functionalities within a single application:

PC Nurse Call App (for real-time call monitoring)

Web-Based Report App (for viewing call history and generating reports)

Important:

The Web-Based Report App is built into the Nurse Call Application on the nurse station computer and does not require a separate installation.

The system does not require an internet connection, but the Web-Based Report App can only be accessed from computers on the same local network.

We have successfully implemented the Nurse Call System a state-of-the-art communication solution that enhances patient care and hospital efficiency.

2. Radio Call

A radio call is a communication made using radio waves instead of wires. It's a two-way conversation or a one-way message transmitted from one radio to another. The core idea is that your voice is converted into an electronic signal, broadcast over a specific radio frequency, and then converted back into sound by a receiving radio.

Core:

Emergency Call: The highest priority call. It indicates immediate danger to life or property. Specific phrases are used to denote this. Example "over"

We have successfully supplied and installed our radio call systems at the hospital sites. The project is now complete, providing staff with a robust and dependable communication network to support their daily operations.

3. Kiosk The ticket kiosk

Is a self-service station, usually a free-standing machine with a touchscreen, located in key service areas like:

• The main registration desk

• The pharmacy

Core:

Its primary purpose is to manage visitor flow and reduce crowding at the counters.
